Its my dads 50th in november and i need some ideas. Step mum has treated him to a trip to america with a motorcycle theme to it. What could i do? Budget of about £300 hes into bikes, rock music and anything guitar related cheers guys
How's about something bike or rock related to the month and year of his birth? For example my BIL is 40 in Nov, I've been thinking as he's a fan of Le mans, F1 and cars in general plus any wheel Motorsport something like MOTOR SPORT MAGAZINE NOVEMBER 1973 HONDA CIVIC TR6 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX | eBay 1973 Le Mans 24 Hours Heures Period Original Race Poster - Nr. Mint Condition | eBay 11/74 What Car Mag Ford Mazda Toyota VW Citroen Opel Datsun Audi Vauxhall | eBay AUTOSPORT MAGAZINE NOVEMBER 1 1973 VOL 53 NO 5. | eBay or get something singed from his favorite racer or rock band?
What about a wheelie school, a professional photo shoot with his bike, guitar greats like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Gary Moore memorabilia off Ebay.
Been trying to get aerosmith tickets but they dont seem to be gigging in uk this winter... could get him a trackday... considered buying him a new amp but he already has a nice marshall. Decisions decisions
How about a bulk buy of Viagra? Should last him a while and it'll keep a smile on your Mum's face too, as an added bonus
What about a Ferrari/Lambo/Aston Martin Experience round a track? I think most blokes his age have had a go at this at some point.
How about a 'road trip weekend' - book 2 hotel nights up in Scotland with meal plan, take a tripod and get some good photos of the two of you with bikes and stunning scenery. When you return get best one framed as lasting momento perhaps. As alternative to supercar experience hire one car for a day and have a day out in it. Your folk could go in car nd you film them from bike with forward and rear facing GoPro.
Cracking idea al that sounds good! Will seriously think about that, only thing is it will be middle of november :/
For my dads 70th I got him a gliding experience, three flights in a day, for about £200, virgin experience do them all round the country. He bloody loved it!
Got my old boy a driving experience at oulton. Audi TT followed by a single seater thingy. Cost a bit extra though cos I had to book myself one to show him whos the daddy. Er...
