Mark at BSD will get every last bit of power out of it he can, without compromising the engine, so he should get 146 bhp ;)

    BSD Dyno session.jpg

168.57bhp and 79.93lbft torque. Mark showed me the superstocks he had tuned and I produced more power than them all bar the one with the HRC head. He got a max 171hp but said that the graph he gave me was the best figure for betting your house on

It's the ability to be able to show her off anywhere including public roads without a poncy daytime MOT :D

Anyone who turns their priceless blade into a mere trackbike clearly doesn't love her that much..... ;)

Good figures Navvy, Mark knows what he is doing and also cares about doing a great job, that's why I use him. He also keeps me in check when I want to spend money on something he thinks is stupid lol.

Glad you got the bike done, be even better with some brakes.

He's sorting me out a Cordona quickshifter kit too! He said that one is best as I can fit it to any bike I have in the future. Top bloke and saved me money and still is bless him :)

He couldn't believe I wasn't impressed enough with the power, he said that was one of the mintest blades he had mapped and thought the engine was really strong. Who am I to argue with an expert of his calibre.... :D

Been going through this scenario with Mark and where I was gearing wise on the straights. He wants me to fit just a +2 on rear sprocket so I will have the extra drive out of the corner and be able to reach max speed sooner. With that he thinks I will keep the R1 from getting away then can carry on with my late braking and fast cornering the blade is known to excel at. To aid my braking he is fitting fast road/track pads and putting racing brake fluid (AP66?) on Saturday ;)
