Or you can buy some used lower fairing panels that already have the holes drilled for R&G bungs. It just so happens that I was gonna auction my spare ones later today as it's free listing weekend
sorry to hijack the thread, but i really don't get the obsession with crash bungs. i'n my opinion they look awful (roller skate wheels on the side of your bike), a friend fitted them to his ducati prior to coming off but the insurance company refused to pay out as the bike was modified and he hadn't informed them. i guess they might be good on a track bike as it's uninsured. but really insurance companies should be giving a hefty discount if you have them fitted.
I had bungs fitted when I got knocked off and the insurance paid out no problem! If I hadn't of have them I reckon the bike would have been written off
