Gary, was Jason wearing his waterproofs or did he spend best part of two days flirting with the granny folk rather than taking 5 mins finding the waterproofs at the bottom of his bag?
For nearly the whole 200km journey it rained made our Scotland trip weather look good ,I have never road in such heavy rain and to top it off I couldn't upload my Europe maps to my Sat nav so had to map read for the whole journey as well as ride on the right and I could hardly see out of my visor . For me to get here in one piece is a miracle as I haven't read a map since cubs . Got showerd and fed then all 3 of us went of to explore what roads Spain had to offer ,and boy we were not disappointed .
Just to add my little bit, waited patiently for Jay to arrive safely, went for some Tapas and then decided to go and have a play, we intended to go to Riano and do a 120 loop, as we climbed the visibility dropped below safe riding, up to that point we had a fantastic experience on some amazing twisty roads N621 when turned around we went to Fuente De for some photos, 24km of fast flowing roads awaited, first pics of the journey I know, but we all know how we love our chicken strips in order Thefirebloke Not bad, but needs to be smoother Jason Must try harder. wait for it....... Garyb WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost Perfect, I think the beers are on them tonight
It's amazing how quickly you dial in when on tour Gary. Well done mate You'll come back a riding Jedi after 3 weeks lol Glad you boys are having fun....
Evening followers. just a little update on the trip to keep your interest going, Jase the firebloke and I are just back from a wonderful meal, 'firebloke snoring again' missing out the 1st days ferry crap, a few pics of our second day from Santander to Potes. within 30 minutes of the ferry, a quick stop here
a good blast on the N-621 we felt a quick stop here onto our random hotel, Remember dudes, we ain't booked nothing. 2 nights here in Potes Fight amongst yourselves who this reminds us of?
Looks awesome mate and all just off the boat! Keep the updates coming mate - it'll keep them off your backs when you get home
Looks like your already having an awesome time- rise safe gents, next photo Gaz has to be one of your knee slider
He should be okay Jimbo. As well as his entire wardrobe....and his actual wardrobe...in his bags, he's got enough electronic kit to rival NASA. He should be able to post while he's riding...
Ken, Can we actually be sure it's him that's doin the riding and not some computer system he's got off the tinkerweb? Could be the answer for the unusual tyre wear he has been experiencing lately!
Good point Craig. It could just be that the bike weighs so much that the tyre's been pressed flat to the return and that's given him the scrub.
Harsh Lads. Very harsh. Just checking in. Arrived at San Sebastien at 6-10 local time. Fortunately the hotel we checked in at does not recognise the fox. Just rode down the sea front 'it's not Blackpool' it's a wonder the old fox hasn't got whiplash with all his wondering eyes at the lovely ladies. Awesome 200 mile ride to get here with plenty of exciting roads. Updates to come. My poor bike don't know what's hit it. TTFN
