Now that is odd his feedback has gone down and now the feedback from the buyer has been removed??? Why would be remove positive feedback? Could it be because I emailed him saying I know you have stiched me up because I have noticed the buyers feedback
dont bother with the police .. they will do absolutely nothing about ebay or any type of online fraud because it does not go in the crime figures. but dont worry because you have less chance of being mugged in the street now ,as all the mugging goes on with computers.

Wait till he adds another item, then ask for collection address in another user name? Or just keep winning all his items and don't pay for them! Report it to paypal and involve the small claims court etc? Contact eBay and say HE said to send the money? or Do all the above.....lol

he;s just a chancer/scumbag looking at what he sells, i'd guess only real way to get to him is if you can get his address/contact details,but as much as it would piss me off,theres fuck all you can do about it,as shit as ebay can be fee's wise etc,as a buyer you have a lot of protection.(with PP also) i suspect idle threats will make no difference,as scary as YT is....(or not.....)
Do you still have the message that he sent you requesting payment for the item as a gift? If so I would imagine this is a legally binding contract,you just have to find the right department to take on your case. Give trading standards a shout,if they can't help directly they're good for advice. They helped me recover £1200 back from Time computers in 2001.

In the end I sent him a message saying some mates of mine were passing a village a few miles from his, they would drop by and "save him the trouble" of shipping it, just wanted to check it was ok with him as there a quite a few in the chopper club....lol Item was here two days later....lol Good bunch of guys they are too....not pretty mind....lol
I have seen that the scumbag is located in Oldbury, assuming this is Oldbury in the West Midlands; Why not contact Ben the Pig and ask him if he will pop round for a little chat ( I have his mobile number ) in or out of his uniform, that fella's sheer size scares the shit out me and I know him. Alternatively Wedgewolves with his old friend the blow torch cutter might encourage some remorse.
