Martin, on the scumbags feedback as a buyer, this guy danny_gibbo gave feedback in the 'positive feedback area' that the guy was a waste of space, danny_gibbo might have his address if he was going to send him something he won on ebay. Just a thought.
The mentioned eBayer has a dodgy profile - only 14 feedbacks and the latest are 2 years old. I would report him to Police, his contact details should be on PayPal if not the police should be able to find out who he is by his PayPal account anyway. Good luck!
contact paypal, you are covered.how did you get his email to send him money ebay usually blocks this? but as said if you have emails from him saying send payment etc etc you have him bang to rights.

What I would do is befriended the c@+t because I'm thinkin he'll have a bike if he sellin bike parts, Anyway take a roll of gaffer tape with you and ask him how he lubes his chain! Once his bike is on it's paddock stand or centre stand & make sure the keys are in the ignition! Initiate a short, sharp blow to the head just enough to stun! then tape his hands to his chain ,start her up, select 1st gear, clutch out and watch those digits fly! He won't be putting anything on eBay again unless he can type with his toes I know a bit too leanient? Yeah I thot so too
