I had a birthday recently & these found their way to Swiss Towers.....

Very easy to fit, lots of adjustment & not encumbered by the abs.

No heel plate on the brake side though?

    £375.00

I will set them up on Sunday all being well & give them a test run. I too looked at the Gilles which have the advantage of retaining the original brake light switch, but they cost a little more.

There are so many to choose from, but I was limited to those specifically suitable to abs bikes.

How did you find fitting them? Would a mere novice such as myself be able to do this without too much trouble?

Straight forward; mine came preassembled for the most part & the instructions are good.

    I like these.

I did 150 miles yesturday & they give me exactly what I wanted position wise.

The gear change is also much more positive, either because the pivot points are different or maybe better quality bearings are used.

I used the oem heel plate on the right hand side; these are not in the kit for some reason.

It looks like you're using Nescafé as brake fluid, Swiss.

    One sugar or two?

Funny that; I changed it about 8 weeks ago.
