Sweet! If it's sunny I'll ride the bike over and give some support mate. Mallory is only 50miles away from me
well done mate!!! the biggest battle is getting to the grid.... would love to have a bash at it one day.
Nice one Wedgie!! You will have the time of your life I can assure you. You will not be able to beat the thrill of setting off from the grid. Ever. Be prepared now for giving up everything else to go racing, but not looking back for a single minute. Go with the flow, listen for the tannoy announcements and you will be fine. Quick tip, don't rush to the holding area as soon as you hear first call for your race. Wait until the final call, then remove your tyre warmers and head there. just saves losing too much heat whilst waiting for others to assemble. GOOD LUCK!!!!
All the best matey with the zx6 from Cadwell the other week doin this not sure if same series?? Show them how its done.
He in the one up buddy I'm doing the modern classics so bikes got to be 10 years old good starting block
It will be an experience. If you can't get a garage and it is windy, take some cardboard boxes to open up and shield your tyre warmers. It is surprising how much heat you can lose if your warmers are exposed to the elements.
