M.D of one of our few manufacturing companies in the UK.
We make technical glass mouldings - from prisms for airfield runway lights, to LED lenses and many things between.
I am a mechanical craft engineer by trade. I did my apprenticeship as a toolmaker and still get my hands dirty on occasion now.
I also run our CAD system, do the tool and lens design and head the sales & marketing function.
So, basically no use to anyone on here!

I'm an overhead linesman for Western power distribution, down in Cornwall. I mainly work on the lv system, but we work up to 11kv live with the hot glove team and up to 33kv but only when the system is dead.
Really enjoy the work, best job i've ever had!

Pro-wildlife photographer, now that's what I call a dream job! Assuming you're not Tom Steele as per the link, any chance we could see some of your work?
