Here's my birth place flag and below is the one my ex always thought was more appropriate for me... I'll stop going off topic now and let everyone get back to making arrangements etc
No can do, I would have been well up for this but unfortunately we are already out on a jolly with friends that weekend. I know which event I would rather be attending but have learned to only fight the battles you think you have a chance of winning.
Good question - There are two big decisions to make - either near NEC, or City centre At the NEC looks like cheapest is ETAP at £70 for a twin City centre is where nightlife / food / entertainment is, more hotels but not much cheaper - best deal I found in 5 - 10 mins of looking was this Booking.com: Hotel Hampton by Hilton Birmingham City North , Birmingham, United Kingdom - 21 Guest reviews . Book your hotel now! Travel lodges are MORE expensive and that is a hilton chain / new hotel If anyone can find better deal with easy links to NEC (City centre is 10 mins by train from NEC with mega frequent trains) please post up ANother option / consideration is that the Germany Frankfurt market in the City Centre is on - good place to have a natter over a pint of (not that cheap) authentic German beer Christmas Markets & Craft Fairs - Christmas - Visit Birmingham Colin - not sure if its worth you adding / some / all of the above to the first post...
I want this flag mularky to stop right this instant. There is only one flag. The English flag. And, we have incorporated within it, the cross of St Patrick and the Saltire of St Andrew, because this great country of ours is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do draw the line at including the Welsh though. So knock it on the head you lot!
You cheeky git ........ Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau Mae hen wlad fy nhadau yn annwyl i mi, Gwlad beirdd a chantorion, enwogion o fri; Ei gwrol ryfelwyr, gwladgarwyr tra mad, Tros ryddid collasant eu gwaed.
