What are the chances of getting to try on a Alpinestars two piece suit there as I that is what I am looking for but the price with FC Moto is much better than anything I've found here but I don't know my size. Mate just book the ticket and come for a drink. Bikes, fitting gear, hotels and all the rest of it are just minor details.
Morph, You may get good prices at the show and every seller is geared up to post kit onto you so no need to carry. Trains run back to London from Birmingham late, and croydon also well served till v late from memory, so take train and come for a few beers - research train times and you may just be able to do the curry
I found most of the gear at last years show very expensive the beauty of having an I phone you can price things up , there were some gloves I liked they were £35 more than on eBay for the same glove and with the good discount that Demon Tweeks offer I won't be buying much . I got £ 80 of my GT air helmet I got from Demon Tweeks which made it cheaper than anywhere on the Internet so I don't reckon there will be many bargains at the show as I bet it costs a fortune to have a stall there .
Think it all depends when you go. last weekend is better for deals as they want to offload everything, down side is, they might have already got rid of it! lol got my berik 1 piece for £300 last year, couldnt see it anywhere on net at the time for less than £600. dont get me wrong, he didnt want to sell it for that, but if you go cash in pocket you can haggle some pretty good prices imo. like you say though Jase, thats the beauty of the iphone, you can check price there and then and know exaclt how much you can get it eleswhere. In my experience, if you give someone a chance to match or better a price, they normally do!
I might grab a Scorpion exo2000 if they have any there with a healthy discount oh and maybe a pair of sidi vortice boots too. I'll be the diva wandering around with all the bags like a kid in a sweet shop

I can't remember - I did know last year as know two shops pretty well who have stands - Calsport and Bikers Wear LTD (both based in B'ham) - The latter are highly recommended for good deals, both at the show and at the store
Can vouch for Calsport giving good deals at the show. I got £100 off an Akrapovic exhaust from they're stall last time I was there.
I will be mostly going to the NEC on the last Sunday... Wish i could make the Curry thing, but yet again work gets in the way.. So if you're knocking about on Sunday come and say Helloooo...
