Any help or advice on this ebay product?

It a bike Cover - Barn thing, Ive got no space for a shed and its a council property so cant erect something permanent on my small drive.
I have got to try and keep the Repsol out of the Nasty weather this winter and my covers down for and im fed up getting soaked taking a cover off in the morning.
So to me this looks like my best bet? have any of you used them or got any alternatives around the same price.
    ebay item no 310679302266

That looks like a good bit of kit

I had something similar a few years back that had all the faults that this one has sorted out
and I was well pleased with it . So this should be even better .

Thanks to all of you peeps.
Good link for those metal sheds too.
I actually park my bike in a communal parking bay/ drive area, so Id have to check if there were any restrictions other than it looking real weird.
    Cheers Everyone

That's even worse then for security a communal parking bay!

I couldn't sleep at night if my Baby was left in one of those!

If it were me I'd be buying the cheapest suitably sized Transit I could find, even a non runner and just park this up permanently in your bay then just use it as a shed!
Buy one of these from Demon Tweeks and just ramp it inside the Van every night!

Bet you could buy a decent Tranny with a blown engine for a couple of hundred.

I did consider buying a van or a trailer and leaving it tbh, didnt find anything as cheap as that when i looked tho.
In all seriousness Im not a car/van bloke...would the blade fit easily into a SWB van.
Would I have to push it in or could you drive it in.
I dont walk too well so pushing would be a bitch.
    Cheers

Thinking about it, its a bit pikey tho. lol

I think the law on this is it would have to be taxed and insured unless sorned on private property

SORN is no problem and a private council parking bay (assuming off the street) dedicated for Council House Tenants should comply with the latter.

Couple things here ive noticed n just food for thought,

Parking a van in a council bay parking area that is NOT specifically allocated to you n then sorning that vehicle would not be allowed. It is NOT private land, it is council owned land n forms part if the highway. Ann nor wud the council back you if the DVLA were to clamp or tow your vehicle away ( imagine that with ur bike in the back of the van, going up a tow truck ramp  )

Ive seen it happen so please be sure, last thing you wanna be doing is recovering your van from the recovery place n finding ur bike in bits inside the said van, as that could ruin your day :(

N i would also be very surprised if the council allow you to erect a wooden / metal shed in the bays as that is not what they are designed fir ( the bays ) & if they allowed you to do it, they wud set the precedent n then every bugger wud build a shed in a bay and it wud look like an allotment albeit on tarmac.

Id go n speak to rhem or ring up the council highways dept to ascertain first what you are allowed to do before spending your money on a shed be ut metal or wood.

1 other way could be renting space in a 24hr access storage facility?? We have em here £2 a week fir a shipping container, £104 a yr to keep ur baby secure, dry n away from prying eyes. And may even lower your insurance??
