Former pom from Wolverhampton now living the other side of the world in NZ, you'd love some of the roads out here.

    Cheers

Yeh been here nearly 7 yrs now and if you've ever been to Wolverhampton you'd know why I left!
Live in a city called Tauranga which is on the east coast of the north island, beaches for miles and my usual playground for riding is a place called the Coromandel Peninsula which is 45mins away further north.
It's biking heaven if you like corners all mainly tight stuff but it keeps your speed down but you wouldn't wanna get some of them wrong as you'd end up in the Pacific ocean or never to be seen again in some bushland.
A lot of the major roads are pretty boring as the speed limit is 100km/h (60mph) and the cops do nail you if you get caught at silly speeds, ok suppose if your just cruising and looking at the scenery but that's a bit of waste of fuel and tyres
