Yup you do need both calipers and discs as a set . Dunno the full price as I got the calipers off eBay from a stripped race bike I love these and have had them on other bikes as well . The narrow track discs are fully floating held in place by a very large circlip . If you need to fit new discs you pop the circlip off and the disc carrier stays attached to the wheel undisturbed . I have known people to buy the cast iron discs for summer and trackdays and keep the stainless steel for the cooler / wetter weather .
I paid 167.98 but got mine off UK road and race, just goes to show it you shop around you get some serious discount
