You mean I should have bought the Mrs jewellery from somewhere other than Aldi and Asda for her Xmas prezzie ?

No No No.........there would be less money in the bike fund then.

Ahh.. ok cool... that means I don't feel bad about buying my '13 blade. 30 grand seems a bit pricey.

I agree on bits but your thinking our cost not honda trade cost I think 15k was the price point which would be acceptable

I just bought 13 as well but recon std bike plus 4k will do all that and more that's 15.5 ish in my eyes total

I know there is engine work as well so maybe I'm overlooking the full spec ?

I thought the same about the price, I paid £9,300 for my HRC Blade a year ago and cannot see how the bling on the SP can attract such a premium. I will wait until the deals come up, which they will.

Agree i got a 2012 blade which i got for £9,999 surely if i spent another £5,000 my blade wud be as good as the sp n with bits that ive chosen rather wot sum manufacturer thinks i wud need.

Ide def have better lighter, sexier wheels n a much nicer, lighter exhaust :)

That price to me is way off the mark.
I'll be honest here and say that I was actually genuinely thinking of buying 1 of these over the last week or so, but having now seen that price tag Honda can go and stuff themselves.
I mean come on think of the more exotic bikes you can easily have before that.

That is just greed asking for that kind of money for that. I'd say £15-£15.5k would be the max for 1 of these.
I only hope that Lings have put a premium on that bike.

You can get an Aprillia RSV4 Factory APRC (or whatever it is) for £15K which, as it stands, is a far superior sports bike so Honda have some tough competition if they charge £15K never mind £17-18K

I think they have guessed the price "deposit will be against rrp price. Once we Know the rrp we will update"

    Yep well expensive........
I leave the Navy in 2015 after 22 years, so a year old SP maybe on the cards then...... as i'm not shelling out for a brand new one!
