good piece of kit, have similar things to raise the bike when working on it and want to remove the rear shock
you raise the rear wheel off the floor with a bike lift, once the rear wheel off the floor is then you put the footpegs in these bad boys and adjust the height so that they ar flush on the floor.... remove your bike lift and tadaaaa, bike will be stable on these, now you can remove the rear wheel and rear shock and the bikewon't collapse
