Well, it's been a while since it treated the blade to anything more than a polish, so after seeing the Fireblade 1000RR SP at the show and coming to the conclusion that I won't be buying a new Blade until Honda move on a lot more than they have with the SP, I decided to buy some xmas presents for my 2011 1000rr Repsol. And came away with this little lot. An AGV Skyline Helmet, with drop down internal sun visor, normally advertised at £250, but picked it up at the show for £160.... Which is a hell of a saving. This will make a nice spare helmet and is more comfortable than my Bell, so good for long rides. But my buy of the day was my new exhaust - A Racefit Black Edition, which I'm already itching to fit. It's hard to describe how ultra light this is, I know it's titanium, but to lift it you would think it was plastic. It really is VERY light and looking down the end of the can it even looks noisy. Great quality, from welding to materials. Even the brackets for the carbon filler panel are a work of art. I'd always fancied a TaylorMade, because visually they look perfect, but the quality lets them down. RaceFit Black Edition is the only exhaust that I think suits the blade, but I appreciate each to his own.
Hope you bought a big bag of ear plugs. Mate that is going to sound so good, but u don't need me telling you that
Ear Plugs........... No Way, you don't buy an exhaust like this and then spoil the fun wearing ear plugs. I'll probably regret saying that after a few rides........ LOL.

Jim what happened to keeping the original look lol, looks good mate and look forward too seeing it in the summer
Bit of a sweeping statement there ain't it mate It sounds the dogs danglies but far from a pretty or one of the best looking exhausts you can buy for the blade.... It's just a bit of metal pipe hardly any styling going into it at all!!
They do look nice though. I chatted with the bloke on the stand too. I was sorely tempted, but my yoshi is barely 3 months old and I lurrve the look of the yoshi too. Obviously I came away without it. I did get a TT legends beanie hat for a fiver tho
very nice jim! cant wait to hear the beast! cant be as loud as it was with that hacked up standard can, now that was loud!!
jim luv the can only hope your neighbours appreciate or u will be banned to the field lol i will send u some plugs down
Neighbours....... One has a track day Honda Civic, the other is deaf...... Lucky Me. NAVVY10 : Your dear right, it looks so basic its beautiful. And I'm not a Chrome or Carbon lover, metal should look like metal. I think most will agree that TaylorMade is probably the best looking, such a shame the quality doesn't match. I'll be holding onto my modified stock exhaust, as it takes less than fifteen minutes to swap them over and five minutes to swap maps on the PCV. So I have the best of both worlds.
