Hi guys, I've looked at getting one of these books before and now it's approaching Xmas I'd be delighted to get one from Santa... When I checked the reviews last time, there was one book which had better reviews and wasn't as "heavy" to read, but I can't find my original link to find out again. I think there are 2 or 3 books with the same name. Can anyone tell help? Thanks in advance!
This is prob a heavy read but its how i learnt http://www.amazon.co.uk/Motorcycle-...1386537445&sr=1-4&keywords=twist+of+the+wrist
Or theres this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sport-Ridin...1386537445&sr=1-7&keywords=twist+of+the+wrist
Dif, the book you're talking about is called just that......A Twist Of The Wrist by Keith Code. It's the first of a trilogy, being very suitable for someone who wants to understand the science of riding faster on the road. It's mostly aimed at road riding with a little emphasis on track work. The second is aimed at trackwork with a little roadwork thrown in and the third book is aimed at racers. I heartily recommend the first book and have learned much from it myself. Think I had to order mine from Waterstones but was well worth the wait, hope this helps.
Si has it on a AVI file...... link here.... https://www.dropbox.com/s/jkhhxm07ojq2l3k/Keith.Code-A.Twist.Of.The.Wrist.Volume.II.pdf
Ruski subtitles......might not be up for long........... Keith Code, A Twist of the Wrist 2 Russian Subtitles - YouTube
Thanks for the reply,I'll read TOTW and check out Motovodo too. With my fountain of knowledge, I'll be on the podium in no time...
I've got "Twist Of The Wrist 2" a very good read, loads learnt, just got to wait til next year for a Track Day to try it out. Also there is this on U-Tube Superbike School - Episode 1 - YouTube which has 6 episodes and is a very good watch.
I second that! Easy to digest, light material of you're not the 'reading type'. Motovudu 2 arrived today actually but have to wait for Xmas :-( :-(
