He did me this comfort seat for £50, he can do anything you like being an ex Coach Fitter.
He has an ebay shop but it's quicker to just email some pix of what ya want and let him quote.
Post seat off on Monday and av it back by Friday.

I don't think the alcantara would last very long on a bike seat before it wore thru! Also it takes ages to dry if it gets wet.

Is there a reason for wanting an alcantara covered seat?

Jimmy also done my seat and does a really good job, he added an extra half inch of foam and recovered it in half honeycomb half solid black which made a big difference to the comfort levels when on the bike a good length of time.

Looks a top job Si, am guessing with alcantara you don't slide around the seat much?

Here is a photo of my Honda Mugen seat that I obtained from Mugan in Japan.

It was fitted to my 2011 bike for two years and still looks like new after about 6000 miles.

It comes with a waterproof cover.

    At a cost.

Yes ! I looked at those on the Mugen site yesterday. They look fab but seemed to cost rather a lot of money !

Yes with import tax etc they are expensive as any Mugen product or genuine Honda parts are, but do look nice on the bike and you don’t see one every day.

Now fitted to my 2012 bike but I guess they will not fit the 2014 SP.

I also have one for my CB1300 and that is very nice now 4 years old and still looks good.

"Tip" find a Honda comfort seat to recover if you can find one sl damaged all the better, I found one for £70.00 and have had it covered.

    Regards,

    Rob.
