I could prob just about burst into tears right now, my card has been cleaned and bank cleared out 10 days before Xmas! The fecking wankers have even cleared a large overdraft The bank are going to look if they can salvage a bit of my money if they can find any it will take upto 30days!!! HAPPY FECKING CHRISTMAS

You are covered with the bank for fraud if that helps so you will get back all your money . I know a few people this had happened to ..
Had this done to me over Christmas too mate. So know exactly how it feels.... Who you bank with, lloyds sorted mine and got all my money back but did take a couple weeks
oh no what a nightmare!! So sorry Mart that just plan sucks right before Christmas too. Proper gutted for you mate but hope the bank can get it sorted for you quickly. They would have a shock if they tried it with me only have £8 left in my account to last me all week until payday!
Gutted for you, there is never a good or better time for this sort of thing to happen, but just before Christmas couldn't be worse. Fingers crossed it gets sorted for you soon.
I have had this done to me also, they do get it sorted asap good luck dude, sorry you have to go through it this time of year !

Not good Martin but you should be covered by your bank I had someone steal my credit card details somehow, and run up over £2000 of debts before I spotted it, but got it all sorted and didn't loose a penny Hope it all works out ok for you mate

Cheers guys, we can live with without Xmas dinner that's not important but feel for my kids as my boy just turned 4 2 weeks ago and it's the first year he's understood the whole Santa thing this year, my girl has just turned 2 last week and first year she has started getting excited and opening her own presants. We have only bought them stocking presants so far as I have a day off thurs and were planning to get the rest then. My work pays me 4 weekly and never brings forward for Xmas so next payday 28th Dec The plan I think is going to be ask work if I can grab a bit of cash on advance, not sure if they will or how this is going to work as bank have locked my accounts but got to be worth a go. My mrs doesn't work either so no cash from her account so if work can't help we will beg round family lol
Bloody hell mate that's shocking ! Hope you can get it sorted ASAP how come it's a mission to get your own cash out but someone else getting your cash seems to be a piece of piss !! Keep badgering them mate I really hope the bank sorts this before Xmas
