Because it's frigging evil here and we're renown for having the best weather. What's it like for you guys in places that god hates?
A tad breezy , but at least the ran is washing the salt off the roads, so may get out the bike out on boxing day, for a while.
Just keep getting rain and wind here! I thought I might get a hour or two on the bike today as we had a clear night night but woke up to more rain
For your benefit alone Ken I will turn my office chair and look out the window and report: Lincolnshire is windy and a little wet? Now I will return to what I'm paid to do and await any sarcastic comments from those that think I do nothing else but look out the window;-)
Rain, gales, rain, a few more gales up here in Anglesey. Oh and some more rain thrown in for good measure, which is being blown horizontally by a feck off great wind.
Harsh, Carl, harsh. But if it's too much effort for you to look out the window, just say. I won't ask again...
Blowing a Hooligan...... If i was brave id go for a walk on the cliff tops, the North Sea will be seriously rough today..
Blowing a hooligan here, just had the pleasure of the M55 M6 & M65 to Burnley. Now Sitting in a car park for three hours and waiting until 5pm with only the rain and wind for company, only then can I head for home and sit in front of a nice warm........ Scratch that Bollocks, who am I kidding, I've two more midnights to go.
Blowy one today, got blown a full lane across on the A2, still better than being stuck in the tin top car park called the M25 though. Might wait until day Might wait until daylight in the morning until going to work, as already had to ride around fallen branches and debris.
Just the usual sh*t weather that seems to be the norm for this part of the world these days really. At least the 'Blade is in the house so I can tinker in the dry
80+ mph winds for the 4th time in 2weeks but thats normal and its officially wet coz the village fountain is working.......this is when the man hole covers lift off and sends water about 18 inches in the air due to the pressure up hill. And yes it only qualifies as rain if its horizontal round here.........if not then its just a bit moist.
