On browsing different bike pics, I've notices my CBR1000RR 2009 has stickers/graphics missing on the lower part of the tank, a small black piece and a HRC sticker on both sides ? Would this of been in the Repsol sticker pack that RepsolSi has spoke about and the dealer didn't put on or missed off at the factory? Either way, if I can find out why and what they are I can get some more. I don't want to be disowned by the Repsol brigade for failure to have the correct stickers and advertising on my bike lol Or the HRC boys as I've got my HRC sticker removed also for that matter !!! lol Cheers in advance
Its a 2011 take rather than a 2009 tank. I personally prefer the 2011 tank cover with the HRC stickers relocated to the swingarm. I refreshed mine to the 2011 design
Wouldn't worry about it, you're already well on your way to outcast with the tango paintwork should have bought one with a proper paintjob
That looks great RepsolSi, I see you have changed the CBR badges on the side as I want to, and what wheels do you have now also ? Does the bike ride much differently to when it was standard ? If so, what was the best mod with the most improvement ? Regards Paul
Repsol stickers Hi I've noticed that some repsol blades have advertising stickers on the faring and swingarm and some don't,are they available to buy if not fitted . Thanks Stu
stujacks If you do a search on fleebay (Ebay) just type in Honda Repsol and you should find the stickers.
Don't change the CBR badge Paul the 09 should be a metallic badge on the lower part and not just a cheaper looking white sticker of the later models, but have to agree the tank looks a bit weird without the black part and HRC stickers, I'd want to get that sorted. Jase.
They are special stickers consisting of a black background incorporating a HRC Logo. They are pretty expensive from Honda.
