Having been round the houses with camera mounts last year, I am now the lucky owner of a GoPro at last (lucky as it was an xmas present).

So those of you with GoPro's, I'm really interested in where your mounts are as I've ordered loads of different types and hope to get cracking with fitting them to both bikes when they arrive.

I'll start the ball rolling with what I have done so far.

Suction mount on the nose of the Blade. Just thought this may make for a decent shot if it stays on.

Helmet. Just waiting for the correct adaptor so the camera faces forward.

Tail of the track bike, a pretty common place,

although I had to drill a hole in the mount for the tail section bolt.
Will also add one to the Blade when the mounts arrive (without the hole of course).

    Anyone else?
I know Wedgie, Alan and possibly GaryB and Colin have GoPro's, so would be interested in seeing your mounts.
Also Wedgie, did anything break on yours when it came off the R6 at Cadwell?

I've had mine on the suck on mount on the tank so it sees the speedo and came out well.

Fer chrissakes...don't rely on those sucker mounts!.... if you have to use one, make sure you back it up with some tie grips or nylon string, just in case.
Also, if you are tying your camera to the bike, make sure that if it comes off, it can't get itself snagged into the front/rear wheel/chain etc...

Lock wire mine on to the steering damper mounts.

Worst it can do is flap about and scratch me Tank paint if the sucker comes loose! ;)

mine goes on the tank, no chance of this one coming off, made of 3mm alloy and bolted down :)

Cheers guys, keep 'em coming, especially any behind the screen.
I may also go with Colins idea using the stick on mount for the nose. Its more secure and i can still get the angle right.

Got these to tether, just in case.

I've had bad footage with vibration. So I have gone for the least attachment image.jpg
I got a bracket made and it is excellent.its on the original fairing bracket.
    Simple and easy done.

The mounting bits are starting to arrive by post now, so here's a finished shot of the helmet mount as I wanted it to be more discrete that being mounted on the top.

I am also working on an RR4-7 HESD mount and will upload a photo in a few days.

You may find that it will pull your head to the side when the speed picks up.
