2013 passenger peg removal ABS model help

I have an 2013 blade 1000rr with ABS and want to take off the rear pegs, the methods I have seen people do don't seem to work as the ABS system is in the way.

Any one no how to get round this issue?

Never take passengers and pegs make the back end of the bike look horrible

Alright mate. I have a 2013 abs reosol. I removed my pegs as soon as I got home . If you follow the procedures for the 08 blade onwards it's exactly the same. The subframe is the same and comes apart as listed. Don't be out off by the abs box as it just sits with the battery tray in the sub. Completely transforms the look of the bike

Spot on mate. Will be sorting that in the morning.

 

make sure you put them on for the mot in the future, or install a rear seat cowl instead to eliminate pillion access

 

All sorted today. Didn't take to long to remove the pegs, The only issue was the bracket holding the rear brake pipes to the sub frame. Does look so much better. Cheers for the help guys

 

had mine taken off at dealers before I picked it up
