Story so far: Broadband and tv services dropping out for over 6 months We switch tv to sky a couple of months ago 4 weeks ago our phone line becomes engaged, and stays broken. I dont want to phone virgin from my mobile and cant find an email address to complain. 1 week ago, i get my sister to get virgin to phone me back on my mobile, guy says he'll sort the problem and send an engineer out. the engineer comes out within 48 hours and says the cable is broken (the same cable i've been complaining about for months!) Virgin are going to call me to organise getting the cable re-installed. They offer to get our phone line fixed in December, DECEMBER!!!! Guys says he'll phone back in 2 hours with a quicker date then doesnt bother, so now i've had enough. I go online, do a bit of searching and find the email address for the CEO of virgin media. Within 2 hours someone from his office has contacted me, within 24 hours, phone line re-installed, everything is working, broadband is lovely and fast, BOOM! I did not think emailing the head honcho would work

Good work there Mel Now can you sort out my insurance company, they were suppose to be here first thing to replace my floor STILL not here and its taken four months in total so far...... not happy At least someone is happy today
Good one Mel, when I had a problem with the bank I charged them for my letter, cut a long one short they paid it!!!
Well done Mel. I had exactly the same fault with BT and although I'd been complaining for years they were insistent there was no line fault. When it finally failed they were there in three days and the line was rotten through in 4 places. Even my broadband speeded up. But only for 3 days. That's next weeks complaint. Kudos for getting Richard Branson's email, though.
churchill and there dealing with a company called independant inspections, both useless Finally got floor fitted yesterday after 4 months but they still did a poor job so I have complained again, now waiting for an update
