Being considering buying one of these since I got the blade, as when I do go out it's normally for a days riding or a long ride to work (Portsmouth - London).

Are they worth it or not, as they're not cheap...........

    Honest Opinions please.

Yes definitely worth it if you do the miles. Look out for a second hand one on Ebay.

Jim in my opinion a comfort seat is well worth having, just not the Honda one.

There is a guy on Ebay who'll re-upholster your existing seat for around £50 and can make it even more plush than the Honda one.

Here is the one he did for me along side the standard one as I bought a used seat of ebay and had it posted direct to him to re-trim and then he posted on to me.
When I sell the Blade I'll reuse the new seat (if it still fits a newer model, and if I do indeed buy another Blade) and sell mine with the original seat.

Honestly I can say it was better but still not comfortable for me.I need more gel in the front so will look at getting mine completely upholstered.
Have you got a link for the guy who did yours Sinewave?

Here's some contact details if you want to give him a call?

His names Jimmy Hope and he's an ex Coach Fitter/Upholsterer so doing Bike seats is a piece of Piss compared to what he used to do.
He'll do the Pillion as well for another £20 or so and also do colours and logo's if ya want.

Some other examples of his work!

I bought a genuine Honda one from ebay, about £90 in perfect condition. Well worth it.
Remember, one can sell it on when you upgrade to the sp version!
