Im due to pick her up 1st March. However it should be on display in Ecosse next week sometime I'm being told.
Yeah I felt like it made more sense to wait. Plus I get back onshore the 20th Feb so I can wait 9 days.
I knew I wanted my first big bike to be "special" and "oot the wrapper" Test drove - Panigale S (far too jerky at town speeds), ZX-10 (good bike), S1000rr (too wide) all before Honda had announced the SP. As soon as it was announced I knew it was what I wanted. I love 600RR to bits and it just seems like the natural step.
Superb.. was the ducati from glasgow? I was going to take one for a blast if I did buy a second bike..
Sure was, I only took it out for an hour but through the city and that it was terrible. Almost impossible to drive under the sped limit after jumping off the 600RR. Open Road (duel carriageways) Its mental quick but I just wasn't head over heels for 20K base price. Ecosse still have one SP left (non-abs). And Padgetts have both versions available. Just saying
HAHA let me know if your going to Ecosse!! Surely I will be due some commission (reduction on my SP )
fitlike? how long ago did ecosse still have one as i phoned a few weeks ago and martin said they had just sold the last one but he was going to try honda to see if he could get more?:-(
Alright Bob, they told me on friday that the lad who took the non-abs backed out and got an ABS from Chester. I would give them a shout if your still after one.
Jeezo I'm supporting a considerable semi and drooling uncontrollably! I would be beside myself if it was me mate! I'm chuft to see SP's arriving on our forum! With no jealousy just shit loads of admiration nice one buddy
They are probably keen to get a deal done on it so you might get good numbers from them! Tell them I put you onto it and want a free quick shifter for mine
