Only just reading it now and I was going to post the link about the standard blade hitting just over 200MPH but beating to it AS posted if you want to hit a GPS recorded 200MPH you going to need more POWER! turbo would be my choice and I did look into this when I had my Speed triple. But not fun on a unfaired bike or if you want to buy 1 there is a few choice on here Bikes
It'll take a bit more horse power, a remap to sort any restrictions etc, and the gearing changed to stand a chance ! Theres not really any difference in feel between 186 and 200mph dude... Its just a number ! And things can go that bit more quickly wrong ! I had a Gen 2 Busa before i got the blade. I too used to quest for the 200.. i had this ritual, i used to work in london as a bouncer and id ride home after at about 4 in the morning up the A10. It was often so quiet that time of the morning i used to take advantage and play a little... There was this particular stretch as i got out of town, past the last speed camera, and the road became dual carriageway that id pin the throttle ! The dual carriageway had really good lighting for a mile or so and then it'd go dark. My ritual whenever possible was to pin it and try and get as fast as i could before the lights went out and id have to slow down and readjust with a bit of an "oh shit" adrenaline fuelled haze. I normally hit around 190 before i had to abort... One occasion i came past that last speed camera and let it have it, screaming along squeezing everything the busa would give... Can see the darkness ahead, needle is off the scale, getting ready to shut down and get some braking on before your eyes can adjust to see again (freaky experience).. Boom into the darkness, zip,zip, I've shot past something zip another, braking braking breaking, all i see is horses everywhere !! A f**kin herd of horses had escaped and jumped onto the dual carriageway, loads of them, and i was first on the scene :/ ! The gods of speed were obviously looking over me not to have hit one and had a proper nasty end ! There are two lessons here my friends... 1. Don't be a twat and try to beat land speed record in the dark, on the public highway where there could always be the possibility of escaped horses ! 2. Its not cool to die from hitting a horse !
If your going to turbo a bike speak to big cc racing, they have made loads of championship winning bikes

Yeah more horse power or 5 stone pilot. Still big respect 200 on salt takes guts and she did it on a stock machine.
