motogp.com · Marquez quickest as testing begins in Malaysia marquez goes fastest midway through the first test Ducati still struggling badly
Bt sport are not showing this test for some reason even though they showed the 1 in november last year
Rossi closer than expected to Lorenzo. Can't wait for this season... Cal is going to have to pull something special out the bag.... 2 secs, ouch! Big learning curve I bet but that's one hell of a gap....
and glad to see Ducati have made a improvement over the winter. I know still early but was hoping they could make some bigger improvements over the winter and that cal was a little higher up. And Dobby. seems they are still hanging around 10th'ish as pre last few years. Glad to see Rossi up there, I just hope he can keep with Jorge, Marc and Dani this year
customer Honda looking like they have some work to do , as for ducati i guess it was christmas so all the italians went on holidays and they are still running their old bikes
Sad to see cal so far down the list, he is the best rider after the big 4 and on his day can mix it with them, I don't think pol Espargaro will get the results cal did. So even with Audi buying ducati this hasn't brought the needed changes that was required
Just reading Eurosport His comments -- Britain's Cal Crutchlow has found no huge leap forward from the works Ducati GP13 and GP14 MotoGP bikes during his first shakedown of the new bike at Sepang but says the 2014-spec Desmodedici is better in a few areas. The former footballer brushed off a slow-speed crash in Malaysia to set the 14th fastest time, some 2.5s off the pace, but said he will start with a completely different setup tomorrow. ----- What I can't get is even with great riders Ducati seem to not improve with feedback. Is it Ducati not wanting to be told how to build bikes or riders like stoner know need to just ride it past it maximum to get the most out of it
Cal doesn't really care where he is, as he know's he's got a big fat bank account ...... He and Hayden must be feeling the stupidest riders out there at the moment. Both going to teams that were promising the world and cannot deliver. Duc saying they will be closer and will deliver a more competitive bike and honda saying that their open bike is only 0.5 seconds behind the factory bikes, more like 5.0 seconds It's only the beginning but it's looking like MM#93 will be heading the lot again with the yamaha boys riding the nuts off their bikes but still coming up a bit short. Pedrosa will again be fighting for podiums with a few wins, but no chance for the title... He will go down in history as the greatest rider to never win a title I think. I hope Rossi gets it sorted out but looking at last years Sepang race Rossi qualified 2nd behind MM, so I kind of expected him to be up there during the test..... I have a feeling Pol Espagaro is going to light up the Motogp this year

I didn't think Hayden had a choice did he? Im just glad hes still in it this year after Ducati dropped him
