Good right up boys.... Glad you had a good day! Looks like the season has started So Steve and Andy - coming down to snet with me and Jason on fri 14th mar???? Should be a good'n
I wasn't using tyre warmers, but they had some temp in them when I got back in !! I did check Jason's coz he was runnin brand new metzelers and they where warm ( not hot )
Yep seemed fine on the parts of the track that were dry I did take it easy round Druids as that did seem slippy but they look good after 2 pretty quick sessions . Just want to mention the improvements at oulton with the resurfacing work so much better especially at Druids even though it was slippy it does tend to be one part of the track that takes the longest to dry.Really like shells as well which has been completely done plus a run off coming in to Foulstons if you out break yourself.
The Pirelli inters that I was using with tyre warmers were plenty hot when I got back to the garage. Remember you followed my lines in the wet last year and I had them on then, but they're definitely not for a wet track! Felt no confidence in them at all, but yesterday on a two thirds dry track they were awesome!
Yeah I remember cos then I overtook you and binned it haha!! How far off PB's were we yesterday chaps?
You're not wrong! Think we might see another set of wheels from him complete with a set of inters after my overtake on him yesterday going round Old Hall bend and down the Avenue!
To be fair the lads really did ride well yesterday for a first outing , Rain , sun , rain , sun , hailstone , sun , Top lads and plenty of balls , I was having a nice morning taking a few snaps , talking to cbr1 , Then dinner time and a text reading , I'm on my way ......... Walked into garage 19 and there she was just standing there Shaking with a noise test sticker on her nose ........ If I could of found his keys he'd not of had them back .,
Barney I could of sworn I saw your old blade turn it's back on you thinking what crazy man have you sold me to.
Went out today to buy a breaker bar and 32mm socket after being laughed at yesterday for using an open-ended spanner to change my rear wheel!
