I agree with some of the above, to do it properly you have to spend a lot of time on it, a 3rd party could simply not do this. I spent days on my 954 blade when i first got it, all panels off, shock out, all covers off..... a mega job, but once its done, its done for life, to keep on top of it from that point on is easy. When i first got my BMW i spend 4 days with it on axle stands whilst i had all 4 wheels off and cleaned all the wheels and the arches and the suspension and all underneath it.... a company would simply not be able to do this.... take your time and do it yourself. It will be a better job anyway.

Bought myself a few new bits. Wanted something better than rain x and wheel cleaner. The wolf sealant is supposed to be very good [IMG]

Just stripping my bike down to give it a proper clean.
Have wheels, brakes, front mudguards, (not fender, not American lol)
    farings !

Polished, sealed, waxed all parts, makes it so much easier to clean in the future and keep on top of it !!

I'm trying to give the old faithful Blade a winter clean up - autosol and wire wool on calipier / fork leg bolts has restored them - got loads more to do yet.
Same method worked well on sprocket
It also needs a full fairing strip down and maybe Radiator removed (sure it needs soaking overnight or longer to clean the fins fully of all the crud).

Used to use 'Optiglanze' on the down pipes which worked well but with H.G. going bump can't get another bottle

Wish I had put Ventureshield on my original white panels - The side leading edges of the side panels became really pitted / lost its shine but tank in 100% due to Baglux, front mudguard never used, brand new belly pan to fit would almost see it look new again.

Confession time here guys, as some of you are aware my Blade is minging most of the time, as the old saying goes, never buy a car from a car mechanic, used to make my living out of spraying and detailing, when you do it 6 days a week, the last thing you want to be doing is clean your on ride on the 7th day

Just a snap of my old M3 after a session of mopping and treatments and then one of the average look of my Blade, and a wheel I shadow chromed

Why would you assume that Jay?
