I've fancied going to a wheelie school for quite a while now. It seems there are two methods being taught, power wheelies and clutch wheelies. I'm a lot more interested in the latter. A lot of schools seem to have inbuilt electronic cut outs to stop you flipping. Not sure how I feel about that. Definitely a skill I want to practice on someone elses bike! So, anyone done one? How did you rate it? Or did you all learn to do it aged 16 on a moped? Penny for your thoughts.
Done jimmy fireblades wheelie school twice dude. 200 quid a time, but well worth it. He teaches clutch wheelies. His teaching is first class. He shows you how to do it from scratch. He wheelies whatever you give him. He also wheelies a quad with you on it showing how you control the horizon with either throttle or back brake. You can use his bikes, or your own. His are bandit 600s or were wen i did it, also have adjustable ignition cut outs on the back as well. He is also happy for you to contact him sfter if you are having probs with anything. Highly recommended
