Getting on great with the bike loving it to bit, some dry riding yesterday on have 360 miles on the clock now. In the middle of re-spraying genuine rear hugger I got off ebay from the original "pearl white" to the "rosso white" our bikes come in, base coats done, hour wait and then the lacquer. Also have a pack of genuine Honda stickers for Repsol blade so was thinking of sticking the HRC one it just to finish it off.

That would look sweet.. You can defo tell the difference with the white can't you. I was really really impressed the first time I saw one in the flesh :). I've just picked up an arrow exhaust for the sp. Got a pal who's making me a link pipe if arrow haven't made one yet. Can you tell a difference with the smoothness of the blueprinted engine?

Going to wait for Akro to bring one out, I have had an email from them stating it's in development but no date yet.
Engine is super smooth with nice power delivery but as I'm running it in only occasional bursts to 8 grand so cannot fully appreciate this extra middle power it's suppose to have just yet but does feel like she really wants to go.
Handling is a lot sharper than 2013 Blade but not sure about tyres due to damp road conditions and there been not tread on inch section of outer edge, however saying that the chicken strips are getting smaller and down to the letter on outer edge now :)
PS. You could definitely notice the difference in the whites once the hugger was on the bike but no big deal in re-spraying.

Are they braided brake lines standard? I'm talking to our local HEL dealer regarding race lines. I believe the banjos for brembos are different to tokicos??

Just the actual banjo bolts are different due to different threads used for brembo than tokicos the actual lines used are the same!

Tbh I prefer the over the mudguard setup for lines rather than the twin line from MC race setup, its just easier n looks neater to position the over the guard lines OEM style than the race line but miby that's just me!
