Basically the time may have come to sell the blade.. just need a rough idea of what to ask for it. Spec is as follows-

    2010 bike non abs
    Black/white colour scheme
16k miles although it is actually less than this because its geared down
    Yoshimura exhaust
    Power commander V
    Shorty levers
    Black tint screen
    Carbon mud guard
    Heated grips
    Solo sear cowl
Tail tidy and eyeshot nano mini indicators
    Crash bungs

Have the original parts for it.
    V5 etc. present

The bike is still on finance which I would pay off with the money from the sale.

Does have some stone chips etc relevant to the mileage but cleans up really well.

    Cheers guys

I can check the CAP book tomorrow and give you a figure if you like, but you'd be best waiting a month or two for prices/demand to go up.

I'd put it back to as near mint standard condition as you can and sell the bits separately to get the best return.

Remove the stickers, they won't be to everyones taste and could make people wonder what they are hiding.

As for the finance be upfront, don't wait for someone to HPI it and say you were going to pay it off. Have the settlement figure to hand show them and give them the option to pay it off and give you the balance.

As other say remove stickers to help open up the market - I would think £6,500 asking take £6,000

I'd search ebay and watch all blades for sale and see what they bid to / sell for - you will soon get a ball park figure of what your one is worth.

Sell the bling like the PC5 and Yoshi - bike will still sell with standard can and the Yoshi is worth good money but adds little to sales price you will get.
Re the miles don't try and explain its lower on the advert - if its geared to standard now just keep quiet about it I think.

Just wait another 6 - 8 weeks if you can as market will pick up

You should get nearer 6k for it unless you're after a mega quick sale.

Said it would be fine just keep them updated. Sell the bike and pay it all off at once with a debit card. Seems simple enough

Cap retail for your bike with corrected mileage £6300 but you don't see many 2010 for that price I think you'd get £6k ish on a good day if it comes up mint. All down to a well written advert, nice photographs with a nice background hide the race bike/van. Don't want people to think it's had a hard life.

Its not had a particularly hard life tbf. Its done one trackday which I was very slow at. Rest of it is commuting and a bit of touring mileage. Never wanted to rag it too hard for risk of crashing it and ruining its beauty!! :)

Worth every penny of £6 k plus. I think and sell the bling separate on here.
The recent shit weather will massively hold prices down. A few sunny weekends and wait till pay day time end of March say and you will get much more.
Its bonkers how gulable folk are, sun comes out and the news says we are turning the financial corner and as a builder folks want all sorts of work wants pricing, they don't have any more money than they did they just somehow justify it.
Good look with the sale and hold for better weather if you can.
