hi just a quickie has anybody removed this stuff and how , I need to remove the 2 pieces on the tank for stomp grips , went out today and was slideing all over on the seat with no grip.
A hair drier is your friend here mate! Use the drier or heat gun to soften the plastic sheet n pull it off by slowly pulling it in the direction of the rest of the plastic sheet, DO NOT PULL IT UP IN A 90 degree direction to the bodywork as you can pull the paint off the panel!
Hi Keith you know you can put Stomp Grip on top of the Ventureshield!... that what I have done with no issues at all. that'll be about 3yrs now! Don't know if your aware of this? Trev
no I didn't trev as I got the bike with it on so I thought that would have to come off to fit , ill have a look and thanks for your reply. I was just a bit worried about the paint work on removal.
