I have a 2012 HRC Blade ABS and am looking at the Leo Vince-SBK Factory R EVO II Slip-On Exhaust (Honda CBR1000RR '08-'12) Carbon w/ Carbon End Cap which I think looks really smart as per the pic below I have spoken to the distributor and they said no issues fitting the end can to the ABS model and a remap is not required either When I tried the demo Blade before I bought it they had a Yoshi fitted and I thought that was annoyingly noisy The Leo Vince sounds better to me, although I would like some advice?
A quality pipe in all respects for reasonable money. I had one on my 08. The only other option I considered was an Akrapovic.
Having just gone the other way myself from a Leo to a Yoshi I have to say I prefer the Yoshi it just screams it's nuts off and the bike actually feels quicker than it did with the Leo. Not masses mind but the acceleration was certainly smoother.
shit quality , bad materials no improvement i would consider arrow ,instead company (all sito group)is closed since october 2013 leovince US is now owned from a private company
I had a akrapovic road legal slip on with cat, great exhaust and not to loud and no problems with fueling, build quality is excellent
Love my Leo Vince on my Blade, and judging by how many other Blades fitted with LV it seems a very popular choice. Sound is awesome (without the baffle) build quality seems good and it looks superb (IMHO)
Thanks to all of you for the advice. I have also seen the Yoshi R-77 Carbon slip on on ebay for £386 plus pp (I know i will get 20% import tax too) Does anyone know if this is a straight forward fit without having to mess with any management systems etc? My only concern is that when I had a Blade as a demo before buying mine, it had the Yoshi and it was bloody noisey. As I do some touring on mine, I don't want an exhaust that does my head in Confused.com
