Those that know me or have followed my last, all be it spasmodic posts will know my bodily time clock is not attuned to GMT. Having been round the world once, half way round east again and back west to god’s time zone my head and bodily functions are struggling to get back to normal. My head I can control, my bodily functions have been proving a bit more difficult, so……….to get life back on track I have tied prunes and Linseed’s………. All a waste of time……I was feeling like I was going to explode. So L in her wisdom purchased for me , the women skipping out of her front door “oh I have had a **** this morning” advert Senokot tablets. Take a couple of these and you will be fine she said…………… All I can say is………….don’t…………unless you are planning on sleeping on the toilet, DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT unless you like starlings.
