First knee down of the year today. Went out with the recently fitted Pirelli DRC's with a 55 rear.
Brilliant, it seemed easier to get the bike right over. Must try for the left slider now! Anybody know of any roundabouts which go the other way round?

They all go the other way round on Wrexham Industrial Estate early on Sunday mornings! ;)

Try France even better roads but don't try the Arc de Triomphe Carrousel though.
I'm thinking of a 55 rear too. Do I need to get a speedo healer, suspension adjusted or any other alterations to the bike?

All I had to do was rise the rear hugger. I have a genuine Honda one; so I just put a few rubber washers and new longer bolts on, where it attaches to the swing arm.
The speedo is no different or in perceivable, similar with suspension.

    Thanks guys. I'll look for the S20 in 120/70/17 & 190/55/17 soon.
I've heard that my insurance company need to know too?

I don't think so, according to others on this forum. It was on their advice that I changed. I will never go back to a 50 rear.

If you want an ACE Summer Tyre and are happy with around 2K mileage outa of it then get the Pirelli Rosa Corsa's with a 55 series rear.

If you want an ACE all rounder with amazing Wet weather grip as well and around 5K mileage then get the Michelin PR4's, again with a 55 rear.

    I rest my case!

Stuck a Continental Sport Attack2 in 55 profile on the read today, went for this as I still have plenty on the front and was happy with the all round grip with them. Loving the tipability of the 55 was a 50 that was fitted when I got the bike. Done 40 miles home from the fitters, chicken strips gone already. Anyone know the percentage difference a 55 will make on the speedo, I have one lees tooth on the front which puts it out by 6% and I am hoping this has gone some way to rectifying it.

All Blades and indeed most , if not all Bikes overead as standard.

Shovin a 55 on acts like a cheap Speedo Healer! ;)
