What are you doing between the 12th June & 13th july

    I'm hoping to make the most of the quiet roads. Gardening and a bit of DIY when not in work.

    Maybe take up crochet as I will be doing my most not to hear or seen whats going on during this time [​IMG]

    and hoping my children schools don't close early for the day or close when it seems 100% of the UK WILL be glued to the fecking TV [​IMG]

    Best bet is that i'm in Le mans for the 24 hour during this time [​IMG]

    getting sick of the build up already :rolleyes:

    Normally yes. I'm getting the night ferry tues. race in on Sat to Sun. lots on every day. So first port of call tues is drop gear off in room. BAR! till about 1-2AM. up at 6 brekky then off the ferry towards Le mans.

    Most days do like. Up early. BBQ brekky. beers from around 10-11Am and stop around 12 to 14 hours later. bed then up early.

    I did the classic in 2012 and the 24 hour 06,08 and 10. we normally do night ops Lol after midnight down the mulsanne straight. get close to the cars and dodge the marshalls ;) and normally come back to the camp around 5-6AM. a hour kip then brekky lol. it takes a few days to get over when your home.

    My parents live an hour or so from La Mans so I really must make the effort one of these days?

    Between those dates I will be getting a year older, trying out my new lid from said day older, oh yes and I'll be watching some football.

    There I said it, I WILL BE WATCHING FOOTBALL Remal, it is also noteworthy that I am a long suffering Leeds United fan so I'm accustomed to disappointment these days.

    I'm sorry, but I have to say my piece here.

    I'm concerned that your remarks are prejudiced, bigoted and biased in such a way as to alienate and offend any and all of the fans and supporters of Association Football both here on this forum and generally.

    It's a barely hidden attack upon one of the finest group of women I have ever known...

    Went to the 24hr once... watched about 10mins of racing... had a great weekend ;)

    Ahh your one of them........ not there for the race but just the atmosphere. not met many of your kind :)

    most I know go for a race first, fun second :)
