Off Friday to have a look at a few GT86's. Yes other cars with more power but I want (sorry the wife wants )something fun and I think the GT 86 will provide I WANT THE ORANGE ONE as it's faster than the rest
My mate at work has a 13 plate TRD in white. Nice looking car; he went for the auto with flappy paddles etc. I like it, but its no good if you have a bad back or creaky knees!
Cracking car not the quickest in a straight line but great fun in the twisties. I work in a Toyota dealer so anything I can help with ask away (am parts manager) The trd isn't really worth the extra money IMO , 4k premium for not a vast amount of extras
Yea absolutely no problem with stuff like accessories and the like (can supply you nav at cost, easy to fit and save you iro £130) Not sure what cars we have in stock though if you wanted a bit of a deal on one?
I'll stick with my Porsche Boxster - flat six, mid engine, 220+ bhp, leather heated seats, quality sound system, like a go cart on steriods.
Well went to show the wife the car and she loves it. Great So I've got my daily runner 4x4 and kit car and blade. But hoping to have a blue or orange GT86 as a backup as well lol
Avoid the blue as it marks far too easy, quite nice in 3 stage pearl white. I dont think the burnt orange has really been very popular
Why I like it even more. I hear people say a Big Bang R1 in white with red frame is hard to see but when Denzil on here was looking they costs more than the others and are hard to come by.
will be looking at [Fensport UK]: Parts > Stage 1 Turbo Kit - Base Kit - Ceramic Coated - GT86 / BRZ (GT 86, 01/12>) if we get one
It just hasnt really taken off, looks nice with the bonnet and roof stripes fitted though to give it a bit of contrast. Id pick the orange over the blue all day long but the pearl white has a more prestige look about it
I test drove a GT86 last year, I love the looks of them, they aren't too expensive to run and Toyota are normally bullet proof so I thought it was the perfect car. Then i test drive it and was so dissapointed, it just felt gutless and those skinny tyres are just dangerous IMO I went for an Audi TT V6 quattro instead, maybe that's because I'm a tart lol
Mate of mine has one and he loves it. Real drivers car they say Have to give it some to get it moving although its just something a bit different in a world where all cars are the same Personally I'd go for one
I did read the first post mate just thought get a 10 plate low miler from Mazda with a years warranty then extend it if you want for a couple hundred quid.
