Good man and a real mans coal BBQ/smoker and not that girly Gas crap lol I like to see We have had on and off heavy rain here no so nice weather for a BBQ until the weekend for me
I'm afraid I've got 1 of those girly gas 1's. Have to say they ain't got a patch on a real 1 when it comes to flavour wise. I can just about taste that pork joint from here
Trouble with the 'Mans' BBQ's is they aint no good for cooking for a larger number of Peeps at a bigger shin dig. Charcoal is best but I tend to find if you're cooking for numbers bigger than 7-8 then it all goes Tits up.
^^^ yep, and at least with a gas one, when it's 2am and everyone's sloshed, its nice and easy to cook up some more munchies
Tell you what mate, it's not long lifted from there. Probably over the last 2-3 weeks there was still snow up there.
Ahh then you need a smoker. If i'm going for more than 8-10 I use a coal smoker to cook joints. I know what you mean about just using a coal BBQ on it's own for large groups I use the smoker when we have lots over. a few chickens, pork or beef and there is normally more than enough with burgers etc.. on the BBQ
