Hello All, I'm visiting for the first time this weekend - very vague plan is: Friday am - Do the coast road up from Carrickfergus, take in Giants Causeway and ride the circuit etc. Friday pm / evening - photos on coast road heading back to hotel Saturday - Watch from up near the Metropole Hotel - back to hotel Sunday - Ferry back to Cairnryan Any top tips / places to see on the Friday ?
Go from carrick to dundrod and do a couple of laps of the ulster gp, then down to joeys for a pint, off to armoy and do a lap of the armoy "race of legends". Down to nw200 and blast round it, back to joeys for the rock band fri evening
I'd recommend making a visit to The Galley chip shop in Carnlough (along the coast). Get yourself some fish n chips and take in the view!
Keep em coming - Friday is a bit of sightseeing / photos on the coast road - so fish and chips there early evening etc. on way back to hotel could work - by all accounts I'll need a lot longer but it gives a taster of the area

Wish we had done this Friday night - rode past it with the group but could not get message to front to stop. It looked a lovely spot so one for the return trip.
