Value for RR5 Blade

    Hi,
    Anybody with a bit of knowledge of bike prices..... trade prices please...... its an RR5 with 10k on the clock, standard bike with a few small extras like bungs etc.

    It's worth what someone will pay for it, worst time of year to sell fella, bargains about at moment!!!

    going by what my rr7 was valued at trade in i,d say trade value around 3700-4000. ive had bikes valued on trade in with 8-1000 pounds worth of extras but the trade values the same as standard bike. in a dealers eyes they make a bike more sellable but don,t add value. hth

    Hard to put a price on anything at the moment, it's a buyers Market out there, it's worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, and from what I've seen lately that ain't much,

    I paid over the odds for my RR5 in Feb this year £5500 but with 2004K on the clock and in new condition I was happy to pay that. A reasonable 10K RR5 has got to be worth 4 to 4500 any less and I'm going to feel sick so perhaps we should end this thread now PLEASE

    I paid 5k in june for an rr5 with 5k on the clock. although got paid out 4.5k for my rr4 with 16k on the clock from the insurance company.

    I didn't want to know that, now mine looks over priced, thats pxxx me off?

    I could however put it down to demographics, you are a long way up there tell me bikes are cheaper in scotland if onle to make me feel better?

    AND ITS A REPSOL YOU SAY, thats just great, my favourite colour sceme as well?

    Cheers guys.... my question was actually because i was looking to buy, i do not have one to sell..... but want a first step into sportsbikes prior to my ultimate future purchase of an RR10 Repsol, even thought about a 954 2003 blade but they really do go for a fortune and are close to the price of a decent RR5,
