Mine hasn't had any problems, been running on tickover sweet as a nut. "Touches wood". Never done a rest so cant comment.

    Edit to add,

Still got the baffle out? Tried it with it in?

I have put the baffle back in after getting the following from BR Tuning and all is good, running well.

This is the advice from the Leo Vince importer:-

WITH DB BAFFLE FITTED - exhausts are setup at the factory on their in-house dyno to run with no issues

WITH DB BAFFLE REMOVED - it turns the exhaust into a race can, and sometimes on Fireblades its worth checking the fuelling with the Honda dealer, most do it for free on newish bikes. If you lined up 10 Fireblades and checked the stock fuelling they would all be different.....
also suggest the lambda sensor is removed and thoroughly cleaned, also check front connection to make sure its tight

and our standard advice re Power Commanders:-
A Power Commander is certainly not essential to avoid engine damage but because of current
legislation, ALL modern engines are set to run very lean at certain engine revs to pass strict
emmission regulations in some countries. The fitting of a Power Commander will enhance the
performance and riding pleasure even on a standard bike.

Its actually not that bad! still sounds throaty enough and will do for now until PC5 is fitted
Know what you mean but still much better than stock exhaust
