Got the bike out this morning in the sunshine and set off to have a blast around, got about 5-6 miles and saw black clouds in the direction I wanted to go and play and obviously heading my way, so turned around and went home.
Just got the bike put away before the rain set in....all day it's been tanking down..
Got soaked an hour ago walking the dogs...
Come home, ditched the wet gear into the wash and put dry chill out gear on for a quiet night in with a beverage..

Now the suns come out and the skies are blue as far as the eye can see !!!

    GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH !! at least you get a thunderstorm to entertain and while away the afternoon...hmmmph
Didn't get even that....just rain in various thicknesses...

The only plus is that I don't have to water the planters for a couple of days..

The only good thing about rain in June is that it washes the tennis out....blooming Wimbledon fortnight....

It's a shame they don't give as much TV time to sports persons with real talent and who should get recognition for the risks they take for two weeks...

An hour a night on a fairly obscure TV channel is laughable

Well did all the dad/ husband things today so at 6.30 sun was shining , pass was stamped , so off I went , stopped about 10 mile to get a pic of new ride by the sea, as I remount it starts to spit lightly , so I start to make my way home.... And Christ 1 min later the heavens open, scrubbing in new supercorsa tyres , I can tell ya my ass was like a mouses ear, eventually got home had to wash and clean her, all gear hanging to dry.
I bloody hate this country sometimes
