Belated pics of my winter playing, don't those winter nights just fly by itted the Carbon BST wheels from my old R1 (made new spacers to fit), with Braketech discs, Brembo HPK calipers front & back and carbon panels
Yea there is a difference esspecially in faster corners but it's debatable whether they're that good to warrant the price tag to be honest ..... look so good tho
Thank you, The full floaters were a little noisier than I expected but you can only hear them at very slow speed .... the OOOOO factor when I sit and stare at it is worth it tho
Thats some trick gear you have there! Looks lurrrvly! I'd have papitations every time you had to change boots!
Very nice! Did the caliper and bracket (rear) all fit fine, want to get one but they say Marchesini wheels only..which I don't have..?
I had to mill 2.6mm off the bracket due to the wheels being originally from an R1 but it would have fitted easy if they had been for a Blade fitment, hardest part was making sure I got the brake line the right length The rear caliper won't fit with a standard wheel due to the hub being too big for the wider caliper
Sounds good, will be aftermarket wheels most likely PVM I'm sure/hope it'll work somehow Again looks great!
So it must be the M/C needs changing then, I thought maybe changing the calliper would help. I had a cb500 the other week when my bike went to dealers if that rear brake can work why can't the cbr ? Its a god sent around town
