I had stomps on my last blade (09) and loved them. They rough up your leathers though but they do help lock you on. I haven't put them on my 20thanniversary though as I said earlier they did damage my leathers.

I have them on my road and track fairings, you feel more locked on the bike with them for sure, but you will get some wear to your leathers, having said that I wouldn't ride without them now :)

Used them in the past but as mentioned they do damage your leathers. Planning to ft my new Techspec Gripsters this weekend.

I have the TechSpec on my bike and really rate them. Also IMHO look slightly better.

You get clear stomp grips, but they tend to go yellowish with wear and tear.

Not sure if you can get clear TechSpec

Techspec do a clear version now, big disclaimer on it though

Clear (CL on product code) – is the newest developed material, which is a "see through" material. This material is not yet available for all the bike models yet.

"Slight yellowing of clear urethane materials is typical over time. We do not suggest clear materials on white paint scheme. Nor do we Warrantee Clear Materials Grips for discoloration. Only for Adhesive failure."

Thanks. Colin, but the fairing isn't too bad. Got a guy in Strathaven who will sort it for not a lot.
Supposedly very good according to Davie at Hamilton Motorcycles.
Thanks for the text though, much appreciated.

Used stompgrips for 6 years on my 600RR and never noticed a problem with them yellowing. Fitted them to my Blade from new.
