Not sure on anywhere cheap for PCV (mine came from the USA). I recommend HM Racing (as in the Quickshifter) for dyno work.

Just the usual few things to consider:

Full system exhaust to gain bhp
Performance air filter / Pair removal / straight through air ducts to gain some bhp after dyno
Sprocket changes to improve acceleration (not bhp)

Dont bother with the so called 'performance air filters' they really are not worth the money, the rest depends on money, full system, power commander, pair valve blocked and have it PROPERLY set up, another good mod is the straight through air tubes, they give 2-3bhp as they remove the stupid flappers and give proper ram air.

N.B. The intake flaps you speak of are fully open after the first few thousand revs anyway.

Bit of tiny info for you here, even at fully open the restrict the airflow by nigh on 20%, fitting the kit scoops is a very worthwhile mod, i beleive and at ANR performance bodywork does them for about 80-90 quid.

or you could do what i did with my old mans 09 race bike, open the standard tubes up carefully, remove the flap, spring & mounts, then plastic weld the holes up, hey presto kit scoops for nothing but a couple of hours work..

I'm know man, I'm often a bit cynical in these types of threads cos I worry about people ripping their bikes apart for no good reason, then wondering why they haven't gained 40hp throughout the rev range :):):)
