Went a small blast today, look at my boots when i get off and the left boot his a light dusting of oil on it, not good thinks me, has a look and one of the casing bolts (allen head due to the r&g covers) has only vibrated it's way out and fecked off on the road somewhere causing a very slight oil leak.
it would appear the allen bolts were'nt nipped up tight enough, so a'll be a hunting for one the morra!!!!

Speedy Fasteners seem to sell copies of the OEM bolts if you know the size?

That's not really a problem with the R&G engine protectors,it's the person who fitted them that's at fault. It's like blaming Honda if your back wheel falls off after you've adjusted your chain.

aye yer probably right, but as i needed a moan and without the engine protectors (which i like by the way) this wouldn't of happened that said if the bolts had been nipped up more it also wouldn't have happened two way street as they say, lol
