    Yup it was touch and go if I'd make it back or not. Got the call mid tour to say all was good. It was a relief :)

    Thanks for the comments guys.

    Both are doing great. He's a lazy we shyte. Slept for 10 hours today and is as content as can be.
    The missus held out for me to arrive, 15 minutes later he was in my arms :)

    same thing happened to my 3rd (and final) one.. sent home at 10pm as nothing happening, woke up at 1am with the phone ringing.. midwife says they have been phoning for 20 mins and its on.. drove like the wind and got into the room with around 5 mins to spare.. perfect timing hahaha..

    Same sort of thing then.

    Got sent home and the Stacey called saying it would be better if I was there.
    Thought ok better get a lick on as she's not normally that calm lol.

    Got in and knew straight away it was closer than she thought :)
